Everything you need to know to upgrade IBM i (i5/OS) to IBM i 6.1 or 7.1

How do you know if you are ready for your IBM i upgrade?  Attend this session to make sure your upgrade plan includes all of the pre-requisites, post-installation requirements, and everything in between. Find out how to determine if your programs will work on 7.1 by running the Analyze Object convert program, ANZOBJCVN, before you upgrade.  Learn how to convert your programs after you upgrade and get real-world tips and tricks to cut your program conversion time in half.  Eliminate problems with database cross reference files and other known issues by applying the proper PTFs to your system before you upgrade.  This session will focus on upgrading to IBM i 6.1, 6.1.1, and 7.1 but is also applicable if you are upgrading to an earlier release (V5R3 or V5R4).
